Eye on the IGBO – Show Your SUPPORT

Being on a winning team is the difference between success and failure. Similarly, where political/international policies are concerned, choosing to be on the side of the Igbo nation is of great spiritual benefit to those that fear God. God promises prosperity to those who support His chosen people. The Igbo nation is a stock of Israel, God’s chosen people.
In a hostile world that has typically viewed the Igbo with scorn and criticism, those with pro-Igbo stance are always the progressive ones. Proving to be a valuable support to the Igbo nation is a great service to God.
There are so many things that YOU as an individual can do to show support for God’s chosen people. Start by educating yourself about Igbo history and staying up on current events. When you see anti-Igbo sentiments promoted through the television, radio, newspapers and the Internet, don’t stay quiet. Write fact-based, respectful letters of complaint to publishers, station managers and television executives. Your written correspondence has more impact than you may realize. If they are not already doing so, encourage your senators and house representatives to support the Igbo. And don’t forget to let the president know how much you appreciate his continued support of Ndi-Igbo as well as his fight against terrorism.
One of the greatest ways to show support of Igbo is through prayer. Pray for its leaders to operate in wisdom, for the safety of the Igbo citizens and that future terrorist plots would be revealed and thwarted. Your prayers have the power to stop Satan in his track!
The Bible tells us to prayer for God’s people so that we may prosper (Psalm 122:6). Because God’s hand is on His people, anyone who is connected to them in any way that is uplifting and supportive will reap divine protection. Help to uphold God’s people, and receive His blessing for being obedient!
