Ndigbo: God’s Agents For A Lasting Change

Igbo World
God purposely singled out the Igbo race as an agent of change in the world, and as members of one Body, the Igbo are the ones who can lead the way and bring people out of political and religious darkness into a great place of light. In other words, you and I are chosen by God as His agents of change in this country where we live.

God has given us the power - the dynamic ability - to bring about the desired change. We're the ones who have the power to effect lasting changes in this country, and so, whatever God desires to do in this country, He'll do through us; we're His extension, His agents of change. We're the ones to whom He has entrusted the life-changing to create a change, so we shouldn’t watch or sit idly by and allow negative events take their toll on us.

Jesus said we're the salt of the earth and the light of the world (Matthew 5:13-14). Salt preserves. It forestalls or prevents decadence, while light gives direction. Therefore, we can't fold our arms and allow the devil run rampage; we must place him where he belongs, under our feet!

Ndigbo, our presence in Nigeria is a blessing. We can stop the devil from operating freely in our country through our prayers and through the preaching of the gospel. It's only the gospel of Jesus Christ that has the power to change a man's heart. Only the gospel can make a hardened criminal surrender his weapons and live a righteous life. Only the gospel can give true satisfaction to the people of our great nation, and it's up to you as God's agent of change - His minister of reconciliation - to spread the good news and turn the hearts of men and women from darkness to light. Udo Diri Unu!
